High-Definition Plasma Cutting and Precision Beveling

The problem

A bevel ground by hand is a bevel that varies.

Most plate arrives cut square. Somebody in your shop then has to put the weld prep on it — usually with a grinder, usually by feel, usually under schedule pressure. The angle drifts. The root face varies. The welder compensates. And a joint that was engineered to a spec becomes a joint that was finished to an opinion.

Cut the bevel instead of grinding it, and the variable disappears. A high-definition plasma head running a programmed bevel puts the same angle and the same land on part one and part five hundred. Your welders stop correcting geometry and start laying wire, and your inspector stops finding surprises.

That's the entire argument for this line: it isn't that we cut plate. It's that the edge is finished when it leaves.

High Definition Plasma

Tighter kerf, squarer edges, and far less dross than conventional plasma. Parts come off the table dimensionally accurate and clean enough to go straight to the next operation.

Precision Beveling

Programmed weld preps cut in the same operation as the profile — V, X, K and Y bevels with a controlled land, repeating exactly across the run.

Multi-Thickness Cutting

A working range covering light sheet through heavy plate, so a mixed-thickness job stays on one table, one program, and one work order.
